Description
Lead the development of price synchronization standards in the Global Data Synchronization network. Define business requirements and processes to support industry defined standards. Lead and collaborate with internal project teams responsible for developing GDS systems. Lead and collaborate external project teams responsible for defining and implementing industry standards for GDS. Lead customer GDS implementations with divisions and function as the primary interface with customers regarding implementation planning and execution.

Description
Collaborates in business process transformation activities for the design of the business processes and ensuring that the configured system conforms to the enterprise-wide design approach while meeting the needs of end users.
This lead role will be engaged in all aspects of project management including project planning, leadership and management of internal and external resources, management of project execution, risk management, schedule and cost control, communication, issue resolution, and contingency planning.
Working with the business community
-Assist in communication of project accomplishments to gain support and buy-in for the project?s goals and objectives.
-Act as a contact point for clarifying business process issues within SAP MM/PP modules, specifically around all Manufacturing processes.
-Work with international community to understand Manufacturing requirements and interpret into strategic position papers.
Team Management
-Represent PepsiCo International Center Of Excellence as subject matter expert in the Manufacturing/Supply Chain/Procurement process across global project teams and Project Management Office.
-Monitor and manage progress to meet project milestones and budget (account for the day-to-day execution of the project).
-Manage project related activities including resources and work assignments,
-Developing the process deliverables, including process scenarios, process scripts, and test plans.
-Manage the quality and completeness of deliverables.
-Ensure successful configuration and testing of the SAP processes on an enterprise-wide basis.
Planning, Execution, and Monitoring
-Assist in preparing detailed project plans for the PepsiCo International Center Of Excellence Operations Team.
-Track and report project status on a regular basis including identifying, categorizing and escalating project issues that need management attention.
-Control/Govern Manufacturing scope across field SAP projects.
-Participate in reviews and stage-gates with senior management as they relate to Manufacturing processes.
